Lytchett Minster & Upton Town Council’s Celebration of Christmas - Join Us for a Magical Christmas Celebration! 🎄

Get ready to experience the joy of the season at this year’s Christmas Community Event on Thursday 19 December 2024! We’re rolling out a festive evening filled with music, crafts, and holiday cheer—open to all ages and free of charge.

✨ What to Expect: 

5:20 PM – Father Christmas’s Grand Arrival: Straight from Lapland, Father Christmas himself will be making a magical entrance outside the Community Centre. Be sure to arrive by 5:15 PM to catch the magic as he arrives! 🎅✨ ·

5:30 PM – Children’s Christmas Craft Workshop: Little ones can unleash their creativity with festive crafts at the Community Centre. Perfect for making special Christmas keepsakes! Free refreshments and delicious treats will be available for the kids, as well as mums, dads and carers.🌟🎨 ·

6:30 PM – Christmas Music Festival in the Church: Get ready to sing along as beloved local singer Liz Ferrie takes the stage, filling the air with classic Christmas songs and carols! Plus, St Dunstan’s Church Youth Band will keep the energy going, playing spirited tunes to bring us all together in the joy of the season. 🎶🎄 ·

A Festive Treat: After all this, everyone is welcome into the Church Lounge to enjoy complimentary refreshments! Warm up with a cup of tea and savour a mince pie to the magical charm of ukulele band Frayed Strings.

This is a night to celebrate, sing, and connect with neighbours and friends. Bring the whole family, meet Father Christmas, and help us make this festive season unforgettable!
